REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Order cancellation:
All orders can be cancelled until we start processing (usually 2-3 hours after the order has been placed). If your order has been paid and you need to make changes, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the fact that our shirts are made-to-order, returns and exchanges will only be accommodated if issues arise due to our fault or error.
This includes but not limited to:
- Damaged goods
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size received
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (25 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a reshipment - all restocking fees are waived off.
We are not responsible for:
- Your order that did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of AQCHIC (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of AQCHIC
WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR A REFUND, IF IT IS MORE THAN 15 DAYS, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN FOR REFUND.
Return/Refund Process:
- 1. Please send an email to service@aqchic.com first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.
Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason.We will send the shipping address to you.
(Please don't return the clothings according to the return address on the package, because we are unable to receive it at that place.)
- 2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.
(Must be unworn and in original packages it came with,so that it does not influence the second sale.)
- 3. Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us
- 4. We receive your return package.
We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions.
**We can’t start on your refund until we receive the returned goods!
**You are responsible for all shipping costs.
